Terms of use
For the LingoLearn website. Effective date: October 25, 2026
1. This website
This website is run by Amir Moradi, an individual operating in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (“we”, “us”) to tell you about LingoLearn, a phone app that is not released yet, and to let you join its waitlist. By using the site you agree to these short terms.
2. The waitlist
- Joining is free and does not commit you to anything.
- Joining does not promise you access, a launch date or any feature. Things described on this site are plans and may change.
- Give your own email address. Do not use automated tools to submit the form; we may block connections that do.
- To leave the list, write to hello@lingolearn.site. See the privacy notice for what we store.
3. The app
When the app is released it comes with its own terms, which you accept when you create an account. In short, they say: upload only books you own or may use for your own study; the courses are for your personal study and may not be shared, sold or published; and exercises, translations, audio and tutor feedback are made by AI and may contain mistakes. The first unit of a book is free; converting the rest will be paid.
4. Our content
The text, design and screenshots on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy the site or present it as your own.
5. Other companies
LingoLearn is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other company named on this site. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what LingoLearn is like.
6. No guarantees
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it correct and available but cannot promise that it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the site, and nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
