Privacy notice

Who we are
LingoLearn is run by Amir Moradi, an individual operating in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@lingolearn.site.
What this notice covers
This website (lingolearn.site) and its waitlist form. The LingoLearn phone app is not released yet; when it is, it has its own privacy notice, shown in the app before you create an account. It covers accounts, the books you upload and the AI services that process them. The short version of that notice: your books and courses are private to your account, we show no ads, we do not sell your data and we do not use your books to train any model.
What we collect when you join the waitlist

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
What we do with it
- We email you about LingoLearn opening, and nothing else.
- We do not sell your email address, rent it out or share it for advertising.
- Your entry is stored on a server we rent from Hostinger. Only we can see the list.
- When we start sending email we will use an email service to send it, and we will name that service here first.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after LingoLearn opens, whichever is first.
What the website itself does
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social-media trackers, no embedded videos or maps.
- The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, and may keep technical logs.
- The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Your language choice for the page is the address you visit (
/or/fa/); nothing is saved in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing from the address you used to hello@lingolearn.site. We will remove your entry and confirm. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can contact the data-protection authority where you live (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
Children
The website and waitlist are for adults. Please do not join if you are a child without a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this notice in an important way, we will say so on this page and, if we hold your email, tell you before the change applies to you.
